Gone are the days when LED flashlights put out only a fraction of the light of incandescents. This compact flashlight, 4 3/8 inches long and 1 3/8 inches in diameter, puts out 220 lumens of white lights and has 5 modes. You can use it at 220 lumens, 110 lumens, 22 lumens, SOS mode, or strobe mode. The SOS (Morse code) and strobe might be handy for emergencies if you carry the flashlight in the car. At 220 lumens, the flashlight produces an amazing amount of light that can illuminate my entire living room. The 22-lumen mode is good when you want to find your way without disturbing everyone around you with a blinding light. The Redline also has a 4x adjustable beam, which is adjusted by turning a bezel near the front of the light. Nebo claims that the focused spotlight will shine up to 150 yards. If you are looking for a very bright light that doesn't cost too much then stop reading, don't watch the video, and click "Add to Cart". You won't be disappointed. This light appears attractive for two characteristics: 1) It's "tactical"; and 2) It's a lot of light (220 lumens claimed) for a reasonable cost (around $25). The problem is, it's not really a tactical light and you can get lights that are almost as bright for far less. The accompanying video does two things. First, using a "real" tactical light, it shows features found on a typical tactical light that is widely used in tactical situations. You can always find something better but your going to pay 2 to 5 times more. At 220 lumens and if the air is calm and not dusty I could to almost see up to 200 yards. For the money and what I received I am 100% happy and would recomend to anyone. The Soiree is a wine accessory that fits into any standard corked wine bottle allowing you to pour, without dripping, directly through the Soiree. It provides one-hand operation and aerates wine differently than competing products. Rather than passing the wine through a narrow chamber and injecting air into the wine, the Soiree achieves aeration by relying on the tendency liquids have to adhere to surfaces- effectively exposing much of the wine to air while pouring. In a 4-way blind tasting I conducted with 3 tasters of varying degrees of familiarity with wine, the Soiree finished first. I couldn't really see that the Vinturi was adding a lot of surface air to the wine, but the taste difference was striking. I Googled around a lot and found that people didn't like the Vinturi because it requires two hands and careful pouring (causing spills), and it's not really easy to clean. I found a comparative review at an online wine site, where they tested I think five different aerators. They judged that the Soiree produces the best tasting wine, and gave the Vinturi a very close second. The others tested all came in a lot lower than these two. I picked the Soiree because I like the bottle-top functioning, and I think the large-surface-area technology is better than what the Vinturi has. It's also very easy to rinse out after use. She received 2 aerators, the Soiree from me and the Vinturi from her parents, so we decided to do a side by side taste test to compare. The soiree won hands down, and the Vinturi was returned! We all agreed that the Soiree did a fabulous job of opening up the wine, much better than the Vinturi. The only fear on my friend's part was that it is made of glass and not acrylic, and she is not kind to glass and was convinced that she would break it---well so far so good, it is still intact. I have since broken my beautiful Wine Enthusiast decanter, so am going to replace it with the Soiree---was just waiting for an excuse to buy it---and here it is!
